Designing an engaging and informative landing page to promote Lilt’s AI Day webinar and encourage sign-ups for future events.
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Lilt hosts regular webinars, sharing insights on artificial intelligence, its impact on business, and its role in the localization process. For the AI Day event, I was tasked with designing a dedicated landing page that would provide key information about the event while also being a reusable template for future webinars. My goal was to create a page that not only aligned with Lilt’s updated branding but also captured the essence of AI in localization, making it engaging and easy for visitors to sign up or join the event.

I worked closely with the Lilt team to understand the specific goals for the AI Day webinar. This involved understanding the target audience—business leaders, AI enthusiasts, and localization professionals—and determining what information would be most compelling for them. The focus was on communicating the value of the event, the topics that would be covered, and how AI intersects with localization.

I ensured that the design for the AI Day page reflected Lilt’s new branding, incorporating their updated color palette, typography, and visual elements. This was important not only for maintaining a cohesive brand experience but also for creating a modern, professional look that would resonate with the target audience.

The landing page needed to provide key event details quickly and clearly. I structured the page with sections that highlighted the event’s key topics, speakers, and the benefits of attending. To encourage sign-ups, I incorporated a prominent CTA button for easy registration and an embedded event schedule to create a sense of urgency.

I created a flexible, modular template for the AI Day webinar page, ensuring it could easily be adapted for future events with minimal updates to content like topics, speakers, and dates. At the same time, I focused on optimizing the user experience by implementing clear calls to action, an intuitive registration process, and a mobile-friendly design. This streamlined approach not only made the page easy to update for future webinars but also enhanced its ability to drive conversions, leading to higher sign-up rates.
THE RESULT/impact
The AI Day webinar page successfully informed potential attendees about the event while encouraging them to sign up quickly and easily. The use of clear, engaging content combined with prominent calls to action resulted in a higher sign-up rate compared to previous event pages. Additionally, the design template was well-received and will continue to be used for future Lilt webinars, providing a consistent and efficient way to promote upcoming events.
