Lilt surveyed over 1,800 professionals to understand how businesses approach language and customer experience at a global scale. I was tasked with designing the report that would turn that research into something people would actually want to read.
Working closely with project managers and copywriters, I translated dense survey data into visual illustrations and a clear narrative structure, making the findings digestible without flattening their complexity. The goal was a report that felt less like a data dump and more like a story about how leading companies plan, build, and scale global customer experiences.
The final report drove 1,200+ downloads and helped secure two enterprise clients — proof that strong data storytelling can double as a business development tool, not just a marketing asset.
